Ana Passadore Denis
Senior Project Manager
BE (Ind)
Ana's career started in process improvement, working with Lean Manufacturing in the automotive sector. But it was her move from Argentina to New Zealand, and onto a refinery site, that set the direction for what came next.
Stepping into a site engineering role, she quickly found a natural fit within the project delivery team. Her industrial engineering background meant she could move comfortably between disciplines, translating across technical, commercial and operational perspectives.
Today, as a Senior Project Manager at GRIT, Ana works across civil, structural, mechanical and durability projects. Her style balances structure with flexibility, focusing less on individual components and more on how everything comes together: what matters, what creates risk, and what will enable delivery, so teams can move forward with confidence.
Ana aligns closely with GRIT's values of Challenge, Authenticity and Impact. Curious by nature and driven by learning, she enjoys exploring new ideas, questioning assumptions and finding better ways forward. This has led to a growing interest in areas such as energy transition, regenerative economics and the role engineering can play in creating infrastructure and communities that are resilient and fit for the future.
Outside work, Ana enjoys tennis, cooking simple and healthy meals, and spending time with her two kids, often with a bit of music and dancing along the way.
