Cinthia Landin

Cinthia Landin is GRIT's Business Administrator, keeping the day-to-day running behind the scenes. From supporting the team with admin and payroll through to improving processes, she's the person who helps make everyone else's job a little easier.

Cinthia has spent the last few years working in administration across construction and commercial services, supporting teams, projects, and account and project managers along the way. She built her career from customer service into project and business administration, with a background covering Business Administration, Project Administration and Coordination, and Process Improvement, and says every role along the way has taught her something new.

Authenticity is the value that resonates most with Cinthia. She likes working with people who are genuine and straightforward, and believes being honest, reliable, and respectful is what builds trust and makes a great team. GRIT felt like the perfect place to keep growing while working with genuinely good people. Outside work she's usually playing flag football, spending time with family and friends, or picking up a new hobby or creative project.
