As part of GRIT’s leadership team, Danielle helps steer both the day-to-day and the long-term direction of the business. From strategic planning and operations to HR and marketing, no two days look the same - and that’s just how she likes it.

With a background in design and construction project management, Danielle thrives on the autonomy, variety and challenge of her role. She’s always looking for smarter ways to do things and enjoys helping the team work more efficiently, collaboratively and with purpose. 

Danielle values connection above all. She’s passionate about building a culture where people feel supported, seen and empowered - something that shone through when she project managed an all-female construction project team - one of her proudest career achievements.

After working overseas in Canada and Ireland, Danielle and her husband returned home to raise their son in NZ, and enjoy road-tripping in their restored ‘77 Oxford Crusader caravan, Bonnie.
