Luke wears two hats at GRIT - leading our mechanical engineering function and supporting the successful delivery of a range of projects. With his background in mechanical engineering, project management and contract management, Luke brings both technical know-how and commercial awareness to every job.

He’s a strong communicator and natural problem-solver, who tackles complex challenges with a clear head and a creative mindset. Luke’s client-side experience gives him a real appreciation for commercial pressures, and he’s always exploring innovative ways to deliver better outcomes - both for clients and project teams. He’s also a big believer in enjoying the work along the way.

When he’s not driving results, you’ll likely find him making the most of the outdoor lifestyle - on the trails, on the water, or spending time with friends and family.
