Ross Antunovich

Ross draws on decades of experience working in complex industrial environments, having spent much of his career in a variety of roles at the Marsden Point refinery and import terminal. He now uses the breadth and depth of knowledge he’s accumulated to help clients in all sectors apply best practices in integrity, engineering and asset management.

With his client-side background, Ross understands the pressures asset owners face, and naturally bridges the gap between client and consultant. He thrives working alongside clients - helping maintain operations, reduce risk, and supporting strategic decisions that maximise lifetime asset value. At the heart of his approach is a desire to build trust through clear, honest advice that achieves clients’ business objectives.

Humble and grounded, Ross is passionate about mentoring his teammates and sharing knowledge to get the best outcomes. When not at work, he’s busy with his four grandchildren and running a small hobby farm and garden with his partner.
