Tami Ludlow

Tami's start at GRIT is the stuff of legend. The GRIT team laid out what they needed, Tami said "yip", they asked if she could start now, she said "yip" - and the rest wrote itself. That was over four years ago, and what began as short-term project support has grown into a role she has largely built herself from the ground up.

As Project Administrator/Coordinator, Tami works closely with the team and project managers to keep projects moving - managing coordination, budgets, and the hundred small things that stop engineers from doing their best work. She is straightforward, no-nonsense, and runs a tight ship. Authenticity is the GRIT value she connects with most, and it shows: if something needs saying, Tami will say it.

Outside of work, she keeps active with the gym, walks, and getting out on bikes with the family.
