Client - Walton St Property OwnerGRIT was called in to assist when our client wanted to alter the layout of their commercial building by removing a wall supporting a mezzanine floor.
Our engineers carried out a site visit, took measurements and noted the client’s needs. A structural assessment was then carried out, and a design created for the modifications. We reviewed and approved drawings generated by the client, and a fit for purpose solution was achieved.
