Zinzan Hodgson

Zinzan has 12 years experience in the petrochemical industry, on one of NZ’s most complex industrial sites, Refining NZ. He has managed and supervised multiple maintenance and construction projects, consisting of planning, safety management (such as isolations and confined spaces), inspection, fabrication, coating applications, and pressure equipment testing. His extensive experience with industrial asset repairs and maintenance adds significant value for clients.

Zinzan has a very practical and fit for purpose approach to engineering projects and a faultless attitude, whilst constantly focused on looking for ways to improve value. His strong experience in executing projects safely and effectively, with a large range of disciplines, challenges and constraints, has enabled him to have a well-developed project scope, along with developing project management capabilities.

Zinzan prides himself in always finding solutions, striving for excellence and enjoys enhancing connections with our team and our clients.

When not at work, Zinzan enjoys being outdoors, camping and hiking with his family, or diving and spearfishing.
His favourite holiday spot in NZ is Bland Bay – close to home but such an awesome spot!
