Timothy Lim

Timothy is a qualified Civil and Structural Engineer with 15 years of solid structural engineering experience and a successful track record in spearheading design and structural supervision of different ranges of civil, infrastructure, and building works of up to 65-stories.

Timothy handled multi-million-dollar projects utilising his structural design experience in high-rise residential/office buildings, traffic steel decking, 250-ton pedestal crane and seismic retrofitting.

Since the start of his career, Timothy developed a strong passion for seismic analysis and design of tall buildings. He is knowledgeable in different methods of seismic analysis from equivalent static force method, response spectrum method, and direct-integration time history analysis.  He is currently further developing his skills in Performance Based Design.
